I am a first year student at Northeastern University. I am a health sciences and business administration major. One day, I would like to manage and operate a healthcare facility. Throughout my life, I have found passion in the healthcare field and in helping other people through volunteering and direct assistance. Throughout my studies, I have found that the clinical side of healthcare is too interpersonal for me, given that I am rather passionate and emotional. I learned this when I was working at a rehabilitation and hospice. Working with patients, I often found great sadness and pain, despite being able to help them. I learned that I thrived in the administration side of healthcare when I was given the opportunity to run reception and admissions. Thus, my major bridges the gap between healthcare and administration.Â
I also compete on the Northeastern University Women's Swimming and Diving Team. With a strong drive, I use the skills I have learned (time management, perseverance, and hard-work) in swimming and apply them to my everyday life.Â
I am very passionate about photography and some of my favorite photos are highlighted throughout my website.
